Dallas Property Management Firm Rebrands

A Dallas property management company has undergone a rebrand after assuming control of thousands of multifamily units over the last year. Owned by RREAF Holdings, RREAF Residential has changed its name to RR Living.

“Since our initial launch in 2018, we’ve created a true living experience at all of our communities to foster an unparalleled lifestyle,” RR Living CEO Melanie French said in a prepared statement. “Residents live their lives with us when they choose to move into an RR Living apartment. In this new phase, we look forward to expanding our multifamily, student living and BTR portfolios while delivering an unrivaled place to call home,” French added.

RR Living manages more than 60 apartment communities nationally, geared toward first-time renters, families and, ultimately, empty-nesters — especially when the real estate market and up-and-down interest rates impact homeownership. “At a time when other owners are focused on reducing expenses, RR Living is focused on building up a true sense of home,” the company said in a news release Thursday.

French joined RR Living in 2022 after working as an executive in the multifamily industry for more than 20 years. With the company’s rebrand, RR Living assumed management of 5,002 new units in the last 12 months, and it expects to hire more than 100 employees next year as the acquisition and management platforms expand.

With a focus on the south, southern Atlantic and southeast regions of the U.S., RR Living’s portfolio includes nearly 16,000 units. In Texas, it manages multifamily units in Corpus Christi, Houston, Katy, Temple, Beaumont, Webster, Bay City, Texas City, Aransas Pass, Rockport and Mission.
