Dream Space Coast
A historic multifamily apartment complex on the Space Coast, once home to Apollo-era staff, is set to reopen following a three-year, $22 million redevelopment by DLP Capital.
The complex, now named “Dream Space Coast,” was originally built in the mid-60s to house aerospace professionals working on the Apollo space program. The two-tower, 182-unit community, located directly across the Indian River from the Kennedy Space Center, has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
